Directions
- Peel the Garlic Clove and add to a mini food processor, along with the Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Honey and Balsamic Vinegar.
- Cut the Lemon in half and squeeze the juice from half the Lemon into the food processor.
- Finally, wash the Basil and add to the food processor.
- Blitz over a high speed until all the ingredients are chopped up. When you're happy with the consistency, enjoy straight away or leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
