Hi, I’m Warren Nash and I’m passionate about helping busy households cook real, balanced food with confidence and ease. No stress, no complication.

My YouTube cooking channel has gone from strength to strength with over 30 million views across more than 600 videos. Every recipe you see is created, tested, and filmed in my very own kitchen in Nottingham, England.

I’m a true home cook at heart. Simple, short, from-scratch recipes are what I’m all about - food that fits into real life and actually gets cooked and eaten!

You can also find me on the shelves of good bookshops, and online, with my family-friendly cookbook, The Junior Explorers Complete Cookbook. It’s all about getting hands-on in the kitchen with easy-to-follow recipes inspired by cuisines from around the world, while discovering fun and fascinating facts about each country along the way.

I’m proud to be a winner of the YouTube Next Chef Award and YouTube NextUp, and I’ve worked with brands including Tefal, Sage, Quorn, Iceland, The Co-op and more. I also regularly appeared on local TV and BBC local radio.
