Directions
- Take the Chilli, slice the end off, slice lengthways then remove the seeds. Finely chop and set aside.
- Slice the Celery and set aside with the Chilli.
- Heat some Oil in a large pan or wok and fry the Beef until browned.
- Add the Celery and Chilli, Spinach, Soy Sauce and Tomato Puree. Stir and fry the ingredients for a few minutes.
- When the Beef is covered in the sticky sauce, remove from the heat and serve straight away whilst still hot.
