Directions
- Fully defrost the jumbo prawns and chicken in separate bowls.
- Once defrosted, take the chicken and cut into chunks (getting between 2-3 pieces from each fillet).
- Take a dish and add the prawns and chicken. Pour over the curry sauce.
- Stir thoroughly and make sure everything's coated in the sauce. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Chop the pepper then fill 4 skewer sticks with the chicken, prawns and pepper.
- Grill over a medium heat on the BBQ, turning regularly.
- When cooked through, sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander then serve whilst still hot.
