Directions
- If making the base yourself, prepare the pizza base mix as per instructions. Then lightly dust a baking tray with Flour and put the base on the tray. Leave to rest for 15 minutes then pre-bake in the oven on 180c for between 4-5 minutes. Otherwise, use a pre-prepared base (not as nice)!
- Using the back of a spoon, apply a layer of Tomato Puree to the base and top with a thin layer of grated Cheese. Now add the Chopped Peppers, Pineapple, Beef and Jalapenos to the base (for a vegetarian option, don't add steak)!
- Finally, slice the Tomatoes and add to the top along with some torn-up Mozzarella cheese.
- Cook the pizza in a preheated oven on 180c for approx 15 minutes or until golden. Keep checking to ensure it doesn't burn, then serve.
