Directions
- Ask your fishmonger to bone and fillet the fish, then lay the fillets out onto an oven proof dish.
- Mix together the Oil and Lemon Juice and brush it over the top of the fish.
- In another bowl, mix together the Breadcrumbs, Parmasan and Black Pepper, then spread over the top of the fish.
- Place the fish in the oven for 20 minutes on 180c until the topping is golden brown. Then serve with vegetables of your choice.
Don't like fish? Try it with Chicken Breasts instead - simply coat each breast in Flour, Egg, then the Breadcrumb mixture and cook for 25 minutes in the oven.
