Directions
- Pour the pack of Oreos into a blender or food processor, leaving one Oreo aside. Blitz the Oreos until the size of breadcrumbs.
- Add the blitzed Oreos to a mixing bowl then add the vanilla extract, brandy and cream cheese.
- Mix until everything is combined.
- Roll out 10 truffle balls and lay on a sheet of greaseproof or parchment paper.
- Leave in the fridge to firm up.
- Meanwhile, melt the white and dark chocolate separately either in the microwave or using a saucepan.
- Once firm, using a folk, dip half the truffles in the white chocolate and half the truffles in the dark chocolate. Then place back onto the greaseproof or parchment paper.
- Crumble up the Oreo you set aside earlier and sprinkle over the truffles. Leave the truffles in the fridge until the chocolate has set, then enjoy.
