Directions
- Pour sunflower oil into 8 cups of a muffin tray and place in the oven on 220c/450c.
- Add the flour, egg and a dash of the milk into a mixing bowl - briefly whisk.
- Gradually add the remaining milk whilst continuing to whisk (this way, you'll avoid a lumpy batter).
- When the oil is piping hot, pour the batter mixture into each tin (do not fill each tin more than 2/3 full).
- Place back in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
TIP! - This Yorkshire Pudding recipe serves 12. Freeze any leftover ones then when needed, reheat them in the oven for 5 minutes on a baking tray.
