Directions
- Peel the Onion and chop into chunks. Add to a food processor along with the peeled Garlic Cloves. Blitz until nice and fine.
- Add the Onion and Garlic to a large mixing bowl and add in the Minced Beef, Worcester Sauce, Chilli Powder, some Seasoning then break in the Egg.
- Thoroughly combine the ingredients together using your hands.
- Split the mixture into 4 and using a burger press lined with greaseproof or parchment paper, make up 4 burger patties.
- Leave the burgers to firm up in the fridge for a few hours then they're ready to cook under the grill, in a pan or on the BBQ.
