Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham Recipe

My Chicken Wrapped in Parma Ham recipe is super tasty, taking hardly any time to prepare, and it's guaranteed to impress. Bake in just 30 minutes.

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry for 5 minutes in a frying pan then mix into the cream cheese.
  2. Finely chop the chives then mix into the cream cheese along with the chopped garlic and some seasoning.
  3. Lay out three pieces of parma ham for each chicken breast. Then drizzle some oil and dried oregano over the parma ham.
  4. Lay the chicken on top of the parma ham and cut half way into the chicken, lengthways. Stuff each piece of chicken with the cream cheese filling.
  5. Take the parma ham and wrap each stuffed chicken breast tightly within it. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven on 180c/350f for 30 minutes. Half way through cooking, sprinkle with mozzarella.
  6. Ensure the chicken is cooked through then serve straight away.
