Directions
- Finely peel and chop the Onion and Garlic and fry for 5 minutes with a little oil.
- Add the Cinnamon, Cumin, Chilli Powder and Minced Turkey to the pan - cooking until the Turkey goes white and is cooked through.
- Add the Chopped Tomatoes, Oregano, Tomato Puree, Salt & Pepper (to season) and Crumbled Stock Cube to the pan. Add some water to just cover the mixture then simmer for 20 minutes (with the lid on).
- After 20 minutes, drain and rinse the Kidney Beans and add to the pan. Stir in and allow to simmer for 10 minutes (without the lid).
- Finally, allow to rest off the heat for 15 minutes with the lid on.
- Serve with rice and serve whilst still hot.
